Recently, Sinoma-EC and GENSER ENERGY COTE D'IVOIRE SA (hereinafter referred to as “GECS”) signed the contract of GECS 5*22MW Waste Heat Power Generation EP in Ghana, with a total amount of 45,870,825 Euros. The project is located at four captive power plant sites in Northwest Ghana and includes design, equipment supply, commissioning and performance evaluation.
The parent company of GECS is Genser Energy Investment LLC (hereinafter referred to as “GEILLC”), which has invested in energy companies in Ghana, Côte d'Ivoire, Mauritius and other countries and supplied power to local mines. Sinoma-EC and GEILLC have been maintaining a good partnership and smooth communication, which has laid a good foundation for the successful signing of this project.
The successful signing of this project is a full manifestation of the Group's “going out” brand advantage and resource advantage, and the owner's full recognition of Sinoma-EC's rich experience in the field of waste heat power generation.
